“They were good picking us up, but when it was time to go back to the airport, they were late. Emailed me that they were going to be late. They should have called us. We ended up getting an $80 cab to make it on time to the airport. Disappointed and looking to get our return trip refunded along with what we paid for the cab. Waiting to hear from Viator.”

“Upon arrival at the airport we proceeded to the area instructed in the email, however there was no one there to pick us up. I called the contact number provided and was told they didn’t have a reservation for us arriving only the departing trip even though I had received emails confirming and instructing us where to meet them. I had also communicated with them via email regarding our delayed flight and was asked to provide our flight number which I did. Despite this error, they sent someone to get us and he arrived just minutes after our call, was extremely pleasant and got us to our resort quickly and…”

Review of private Los Cabos airport shuttles, including pickup details, pricing, car seats, toll roads, accessibility, and booking advice.

“We visited Cabo in December for Christmas and that trip ended with them forgetting about us. The pickup wasn’t the issue however our return trip to the airport is another story. Our pick up time came and gone. We had to call the pick up company and they said they had no pick up info. They said the have bad communication with Viator and they blamed Viator for dropping the ball. We had 2 small children traveling with my wife and I, the reason why we even booked a private shuttle was because we needed car seats. 5 min after I made the call the shuttle was there but with…”

“Worst experience ever. The local car company did not have our reservation. The support phone number kept dropping the call and I couldn’t reach anyone. Was able to chat with Viator’s support and they confirmed we were in the correct location outside airport and after that their only solution was to request a refund. How about help set up another car while I’m in a foreign country??!!”
