I tried to call the tour operator a few times and he was just so rude and little to no help. Once we got to the location the gate was shut and the tour operators saw our family of 8 and finally came to the door after staring at us for a few minutes. I asked if he could please extend the hour because we paid so much money and he rudely said no.…”
