“My shuttle was 1 hour late today. I had a reservation with confirmation and the driver didn’t even have me on his list when he eventually showed up. Another car operator had to call this terrible company to have the driver show up. My wife, myself and 2 kids were waiting outside in the heat and we paid $32 USD for 2 drinks at the airport bar waiting. And there wasn’t any beer or even water in the shuttle which is advertised in their pictures online. I could have just taken the free hotel bus instead of paying for a private shuttle but hoped we could get there a little…”
